The IBM Redbook for RACF RRSF has most of the information needed to configure AT-TLS.
We're in the process of rolling out RRSF for RACF password sync. It's working between two of our plexes, I followed the book, used SYS1.SAMPLIB examples rather than attempting via zOSMF.
