Charles, that's a loaded question/answer. You need to have the ISF.CONNECT resource defined in the SDSF class to allow access to SDSFAUX. Plus some variation of the ISFCMD.ODSP.SYSTEM resource defined in the SDSF class to allow for the use of the SYS panel. The SDSF Operation and Customization manual lays all this out.
Bottom line there are some RACF stuff that needs to be done and you need to determine how much you want to lock things down. Thanks..
