For SF fans or Philosophy majors try the FX/Hulu TV series "Devs <https://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/devs>". From the NYTimes:
*"In “Devs,” ... a messianic tech founder devises a supercomputer that can simulate the past and predict the future, based on principles of physical determinism."* Artfully filmed, it imagines a computer with the astounding capacity to "know" every moment in time. Extrapolating backward or forward, it can show these events, for example, Jesus on the cross. This presumes, however, that all events are predetermined, that is, there is no free will - everything that has happened or will happen is immutable. Or is it? Unique to the "computer run amok" genre this computer is not out of control but in fact does exactly what developers have programmed it to do. Excellent.
