I hate PDF's and BKS ... Especially when I am not sure exactly what I am looking for. With a real manual I can put a finger in the current location and go wondering about the manual and if needed I just go back to where my finger is. I could never do that with online manuals (I do this quite often). There are also times I need to look things up in the index and I don't have to care where I am as the up and down on a monitor are a pita as it is just not automatic if it were to always search from the top I could probably utilize online books.
