DFHSM ARC07347 MOVE BV, record removal - How?

I am receiving ARC07347 MOVE BV FRVOL=MG7001 
DSN=HSM.BACK.T*.Q1.Q1.Ixxxx with a return code of 4.  I know what the 
problem is, the migration volume doesn't exist anymore.   But how do 
I delete the "control record" from DFHSM so this doesn't keep 
happening each day?  I would expect a  FIX ? HSM.BACK.T*.Q1.Q1.Ixxxx 
DELETE but all values I tried for ? give record not found.

Ideas?
