In general, this doesn't much apply to z/OS. It might to z/Linux, I don't know. 
But I found it interesting because I remember a _few_ (very few) times 
something similar happening here. People getting angry that they've asked a 
question and have not gotten a solution "in a reasonable time frame". As if we 
were free tech support. This article on Slashdot is about an OSS company which 
allows cost-free downloads of their products, but paid support. Their 
"customers" are getting angry and abusive that the support is not free as well. 
I wonder if Dovetailed Technologies has any problem like this.
