The default system search order is tasklib(s), then steplib/joblib, then LPA, then LNKLST. Applications could conceivably check other things first (such as ISPLLIB). I don't know if ISRFIND does this or not. Depending on how you use ISPF, ISPLLIB might be defined as a tasklib or might not.
