We run our zOS lpars under zVM ar DR, and our provider defines our
coupling facility as another guest under zVM.

I don't see why this wouldn't work, but I've never tried it and don't
have the facilities to do so here. We're running with two CF lpars
here
in production, but at DR we use a single virtual CF service machine as
our coupling facility.
Can I have a single CFRM policy with all three CF's defined and have
it
work as expected, i.e. the two local CF lpars will be used in
production
and at DR it'll just use the CF service machine?

What is a 'virtual CF service machine'? I suppose it will also be a CF
LPAR?
Yes, that is what we did to move to a new CPC. Define all CFs in the
policy and in the Preflists,
Kees.
