Obviously not much detail in your question but I do it all the time. Note the
single quotes on the dataset name.
fopen("'FOO.BAR(MEMBER)'", "%c, blksize=0, lrecl=%d,
recfm=%s,space=(%s,(%d,%d,%d)), noseek") should work, where the substitution
values into the second parameter are 'a' or 'w' plus the obvious.
