So far as I am aware the only complete list is internal to IBM. For various reasons, it is likely to stay that way (sorry).
Why do you ask? If you want a prefix of your own we can help with that. For anything SMP/E-installed, you can query the entry for any part to find the FMID; if it has a FEATURE subentry, the corresponding FEATURE entry in the global zone will include the description.
