Are you sure? The way I read it, you cannot. Turning VARYCPU off will not 
disable weight management which those structures are used for, IIRC.

Yeah, I figured that that had changed sometime in the past.

Which is that there are no resources available, so don't even bother making 
suggestions, they will get rejected anyway.

So much for IBMs touted 24/7 availability and outage avoidance. No sysplex IPL 
needed. Ever. 

You could open a PMR and ask IBM how to disable the structures. They might take 
a WLM apar closed SUG. :-)
