If you aren't planning on going back to "OLD1", then the other local fix is to remove OLD1 from your JES2 parms and IPL (all systems warmstart of JES2 - so you could just shut everything down and restart JES2 also). You will be prompted with a question asking if you want to remove the OLD1 SYSID. Do so and I assume your problem will be fixed.
