If you specify EBCDIC and BLOCK and if the receiving PDS is already
allocated, it will even transfer load modules and preserve the directory
information.  I think it will also preserve ISPF statistics.

lcd local_pds
cd  remote_pds
ebcdic
block
mget *  (or mput if you are on the transmit system)
