Did any HOLDDATA get received into that global zone?  Check out the 
RECEIVE ++HOLD/++RELEASE SUMMARY Report (maybe written to SMPHRPT in 
case you can't find it).  Or, is it possible you have no unresolved 
HOLDs in the CICT410 target zone?
