It's worth to mention there are some flaws documented, in all cases I
know there is a solution for system administrator, a way to fix the hole.

The same reasons can be used in Windows or Unix (&Linux) world. But we
know many cases documented. What's the reason?
Why we don't know any virus for z/OS? Is the security by obscurity so
effective?
