Walt, Sad to see you leave. Glad (and more than a bit envious) to see you made it.
You go on ahead, the rest of us will try to catch up to you in a bit. From: Walt Farrell <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Date: 03/26/2012 09:57 AM Subject: Leaving IBM Sent by: IBM Mainframe Discussion List <[email protected]> I mentioned this over on RACF-L the other day, so for some of you this will be old news. I've been an IBMer for 28 years and have had a lot of fun with RACF and MVS, and I've had a lot of fun interacting with you folks on RACF-L and IBM-MAIN. But the time has come for me to retire and have fun with other things. I've enjoyed the discussions here, and working with many of you to plan enhancements or resolve problems. I'm sure I'll still read both lists for awhile, and probably even participate from a personal email address. But after Wednesday morning I will no longer be an active IBM employee and I'll speak about z/OS and RACF even less officially than than I do now. It's been a great 28 years, but my family and other activities are calling to me more and more strongly, and it's time to spend more time with them.
