What was the user doing when this error occurred? If the dialogue was
provided by IBM or a vendor, that would be the best source for resolution.
If it was home grown, the ball is in your court.

The Abend panels section in Appendix C of the ISPF Dialogue Developer Guide
and Reference has some limited instructions on how to obtain additional
information.
