Mark, I have a PMR open. The latest update says: We are aware that there is currently an issue with one of the servers used in IBM's Internet Service Retrieval process. We have notified our folks in Boulder and they are working to determine what the error is and resolve it as soon as possible. We will keep you updated. In the meantime, we have found that the alternate order server is still available.
