After putting the E to theleft of the member, type a forward slash (/) as the first character in the prompt field. Then press ENTER. This will bring up an Edit Options panel, One of the options is a format name. Clear it to blanks and press ENTER. Subsequent requests to edit or view members of the dataset should no longer look for the format.
