When the PATH operand is specified on the ALLOCATE command, you can specify 
only the following operands:
    BLKSIZE
    BUFNO
    DSNTYPE
    DUMMY
    FILEDATA
    LRECL
    NCP
    PATHDISP
    PATHMODE
    PATHOPTS
    RECFM
    TERM

I consider it BAD.  BPXWDYN internally issues a FREE when
REUSE appears with PATH, by the generosity of the developers.
