I asked the same question two years ago and have come to the conclusion that
no, there is not.
OTOH there is a ton of C/C++ resource on the Web, and if the issue is purely
a C/C++ issue ("why am I not able to get my template class declaration to
compile without error?") an answer that works for Microsoft or gcc C will
almost certainly work for you. I just Google my problem and choose from
among the many answers on the Web.
Some boards are better than others. the MSDN forums are heavily moderated
and as a result are accurate and pretty free from spam, flames, and
nonsense. cplusplus.com is good. stackoverflow.com is good.
experts-exchange.com requires registration and probably a fee and I have
never bothered.
If you have a z/OS, XPLINK, or pre-linker specific question, I have had the
best luck with this list. The OE list seems more appropriate, but numbers
seem to be everything, and there seem to be a lot more folks here.
Good luck!

Subject: Is there a separate discussion list somewhere for XLC?
I really don't want to be tapping this list for my growing pains with XL C++
on the mainframe, as it's starting to look like it's going to be one problem
after another. Is there a more focused resource somewhere? Should I use a
Usenet/Google newsgroup?
