Scott,
After the job is submitted can you enqueue "OLD" on the QSAM file and
wait for it to become available. This is timing dependent because the
submitted job must start executing for the enqueue to work.
Slightly out of the box can the "job" be run as a subtask. This means
the STC will need to handle the dynamic file allocations for the job
but will then know when completed.
