Interesting follow-up. When I use ACCBIAS=SYSTEM, the system picked ACCBIAS=DW
instead of DO, and I got two lines of IEC161I messages, where the second line
contains the buffer counts as described in the FM. Here is what I got (names
changed for privacy):

10.34.06 JOB99999 IEC161I 001(DW)-255,TSOUSERF,STEP1 STEP10T,DDNAME,,, 976

   976 IEC161I XX.XXX.XXXXX.XXXXXXX.XXXX,,ICF.XXXXXX.CATALOG

10.34.06 JOB99999 IEC161I 001(0000000D 000000A6 00000000
00000000)-255,TSOUSERF, 977
   977 IEC161I STEP1 STEP10T,DDNAME,,,XX.XXX.XXXXX.XXXXXXX.XXXX,,

   977 IEC161I ICF.XXXXXX.CATALOG

Can anyone tell me why I do not get the second IEC161I line when I specify
ACCBIAS=DO instead of ACCBIAS=SYSTEM? Or is it the fact that in the ACCBIAS=DO
case I also specified SMBVSP=150M to try to increase the buffers allocated? I
did not code SMBVSP at all when I specified ACCBIAS=SYSTEM.
