Absolutely, also home of Ft. Benjamin Harrison. My father worked out there for 
Unisys as a civilian, really nice ppl.
Hoosiers are usually all pretty nice in general, as in most cases there are 
exceptions to the rule.

I found Indianapolis to be far more charming and hospitable than
either Augusta or Columbia, at least for those in uniform.
