Lizette, I see where that is confusing. I should have taken out the sysname stuff and just answered his question with the CICSLVL substitution.
We do have a sysplex root, but I don't think that is what makes this work. In your case, I think it would work if you had our symbolic in /SYSR51/usr/lpp/cicsts which is $SYSNAME/cicsts.
