You should also have your library defined / activated in SMS prior to startup or you get some CBR* error message IIRC. Another consideration might also be the HLQ for your VOLCAT(s). The default is SYS1 but can be changed in the LOADxx member. That would take an IPL if you don't want SYS1 to be the HLQ.
