"Certainly" there is an "official" DSECT, but it's "OCO" so anybody who has it
is proscribed from sharing it with you. I suspect the best you'll be able to
do is examine the sample program DFH$FORA in hlq.SDFHSAMP. You might be able
to derive something useful from the "keyword detail" table and its related code
therein.
