I beg your pardon, but I don't quite see how. The JCL Reference manual seems to me to say that EVEN will allow a step to execute if *any* previous step has abended. I don't see any syntax that allows it to refer to a particular step. In my case I need a step to execute if one particular step has abended, but not if any other step has abended.
