Hi, One of our operators is using excessive CPU.
Most of his time is spent running the printer, and he is usually looking at the output queue in SDSF. There are a few filters specified in SDSF and the information is sorted in a special way. He keeps rising to the top of the CPU consumption list. Moving him to a lower service class doesn’t always work. We are using z/OS 1.11 and JES2. Has anyone seen something like this?
