In addition to resources that Mary Anne mentioned, you may check z/OS v1R8 
implementation redbook Chapter 4 which mainly talks about this feature and 
explains in diagrams what has changed by this feature. You can also find some 
charts related to performance improvement in this chapter as well. After this 
feature first implemented by z/OS v1r8,some important APARs created related to  
z/OS v1r8 and also z/OS v1r10. As it is necessary for all features, just check 
the latest necessary maintenance before implementing this feature too.

I see the CFRM couple dataset format parm MSGBASED.  Is this a no-brainer 
or are there considerations sites have experienced that are not 
necessarily mentioned in the Setting up a Sysplex doc?
