Actually, DFHHPSVC is delivered in hlq.SDFHLOAD. It does not need to be
moved to SDFHLPA, or to any other LPA-resident library. It need only be
copied into SYS1.NUCLEUS, and that is the only "manipulation" of it
documented in the CICS Installation Guide.
