Rob, we did several things. We are going with NORWSHARE for this zfs. Pagent comes up via TCPIP, and the network guy wants it that way. We suggested putting it in OPS but were shot down.
We changed the IPSEC default from Deny all to allow all. We changed the automatic update time to a huge value. We separated test and production parmlib members for IPSEC. IBM has opened a FIN apar to add messages to the console if the registration fails. IBM has opened a MR to better address the situation and take action to recover from it.
