I am trying to assign a userid to the badspoolfileid in SMTPCONF for SMTP but am getting the following error when I start SMTP:
EZA5336E Error allocating spool, user=NODENAME.USERID, class=B, rc=4 EZA5560I IKJ56875I SYSOUT DATA SET NOT ALLOCATED, DESTINATION UNDEFINED TO SUBSYSTEM EZA5560I FTPDYN001I DYNALLOC Reason Code ERROR = 046C, INFO = 0000 This seems to mean that the user id must have more than just a generic data set profile and an alias as previously mentioned in this forum. I get "EZA5165E Invalid BadSpoolFileId Userid: TCPMAINT" when I use the default ID TCPMAINT. I assume I will run into the same problems as above if I start down the path of trying to build this TSO User ID. I'm having problems finding help in the communication server documentation that indicates all the places this user id needs to be setup.
