Do a $DNODE on both sending and receiving z/OS machine and use NAME 
associated with STATUS=OWNNODE. Check also TRANSMIT and RECEIVE in 
$HASP826. ;-)

Perhaps you specified the wrong node name when sending something.

Alternative: If you use XMIT (not FTP): Check the JES SPOOL for any output 
destined to your userid on the receiving system. Fix the DEST field so you can 
receive it, or use whatever DEST there is in your RECEIVE parms.

Another consideration: Check your RACF settings for your access to receive 
data from JES2.
