Try DFDSS dump to dump all your datasets. FTP that dump dataset in binary format to your destination. Then you can do a RESTORE. >Some of the mainframe server IP are from a different location. About 'forwarding', why not FTP above dump dataset (or AMATERSE output) to a shared network drive and have your people access it on their own way?
