Chris -   I see your point.  Had I read it off the spine, rather than the 
front cover, I would have listed exactly like you did.  Can't tell you why 
I didn't connect your entry & mine other than I was moving pretty fast at 
the time.  Either way, though, I've found it to be an excellent resource.
