A couple of things 1) The best way to go ahead with an instalation/advise that you are looking for is to contact your local Compuware rep. He/she can then put you in contact with some resources that can help (training, advise etc)
2) Also feel free in contacting our support desk. In north america its 1-800-538-7822, if outside north america your local support center. You can also post your questions on our hotline site frontline.compuware.com Hope this helps. Le contenu de ce courriel s'adresse au destinataire seulement. From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Sent: Thu Apr 21 10:36:55 2011 Subject: Compuware's Hiperstation. Good day, Does anyone have any instructions/advice for setting up Hiperstation for VTAM to record activity? I need to set up a request to record activity in a CICS online for testing a new version of a third party product. I've read through the manual, experimented, and poked around, but just haven't been able to get it to work. Thanks, CNJ. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
