Might be worth looking at the DFSUTL sample shipped in <HLQ>.SDFSSMPL. In addition to DFSSRB and DFSPRPX0 (Parm Block), we look for DFSRRC00 (Region Controller) and DFSVC000 (SVC). Probably overkill, with PPT and TIME=1440 in place, but we're a belt-and-suspenders (and baling wire, and duct tape) kind of a shop.
