I found this in APAR OA28104 If TGSPACE limit is reached for a spool volume, $HASP811 message will be issued. A reply of Y will allow JES2 to continue with the volume stunted. At this point JES2 decreases the high cylinder and available trackgroups in the DEB. Increasing TGSPACE=MAX should allow full utilization of the volume; however, the DEB is not updated to reflect this. Any jobs using tracks above these DEB limits will fail with CBIMPL8 I/O errors.
