We are getting an error while using the SMTPNOTE Rexx command provided
by IBM:
EZA5467E 12/03/10 13:48:57 Rejecting job number (TSU01475) From USR1234
at SAIBMMVS
EZA5468E 12/03/10 13:48:57 Gateway is not enabled and the file is not
from the local node (SATESTMF)
Our JES2 nodename is SAIBMMVS.
from the JES startup parms: NODE(0001) NAME=SAIBMMVS
The variables in SMTPNOTE are set as follows:
hostname = "SAIBMMVS"
smtpnode = "SAIBMMVS"
smtpjob = "SMTPPROC"
However the TCP/IP hostname is set differently, to SATESTMF.

SATESTMF: HOSTNAME SATESTMF
Does anyone besides me think that either the TCP/IP HOSTNAME needs to
match the JES2 NODENAME for this to work?
If not, how hard is it to set up the aforementioned Gateway?
