This will work (check the point before asterisk):
ALTER IMSZ.ACBL.* -
MANAGEMENTCLASS(xxxx)
This will NOT work as documented (your example):
ALTER IMSZ.ACBL* -
MANAGEMENTCLASS(xxxx)
For IDCAMS commands the asterisk cannot be part of a HLQ.
This is documented.
