I'm having serious trouble trying to access publibz.boulder.ibm.com, both book manager and PDF libraries do not seem to be responding, or taking minutes to respond resulting in both IE6 and Firefox 3.6.12 timeouts.
Anyone else seeing this problem, or should I be talking to my network team here about local network issues?
