Well with two instructions a single APAR would make the ratio 50%. If it only had one instruction at the time, it would have been 100%. So I'm sure the ratio is true, even if it is trivial.

I know I was one of those people who asked for tyhe APAR and that was a *LONG TIME AGO*. I am talking late 70's or early 80's.
