The PMR for this error on HBBN700G, generated an APAR QA34345 - which says that one of the steps in the process put ending blanks in a file, which messed up the command. The process given in the apar, for deleting the bad steps and re-running the jobs, works and you finally get the profile created message.
If you have encountered the problem, do the following: * - Run clean up job HBBN700I as per the instructions mentioned in * the job description. * - Delete the * /etc/zWebSphereOEM/V7R0/conf/wasOEMOverride.responseFile file. * - Copy * /usr/lpp/zWebSphereOEM/V7R0/zOS-config/zpmt/samples/wasOEMOverri * de.responseFile to /etc/zWebSphereOEM/V7R0/conf/ directory. * - In HBBN700E job, remove ALOCTMP and UPDRESP1 steps. * - Run HBBN700E job. Ensure that the temporary data set allocated * by OGET command in OGET1 step in HBBN700E job is RECFM=VB and * LRECL=255. * - Run HBBN700F job. * - Run HBBN700G job. I ran into one more problem with this and that was that the defaults from the ServerPac install had the wrong HLQ for the config1 ZFS....and since this took me back to the defaults, I lost the change I had made. But as long as they get made in step UPDRESP when you re-run HBBN700E, it all works. A lot of wasted time just to keep the same process (running the sh) across platforms. All platforms are not equal. bg ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
