Hi Rachna,
Did you intend to use Locale.GERMANY/JAPAN/US, instead of
Locale.GERMAN/JAPANESE/ENGLISH in Bug8154797.java? You can also use
Locale.FRANCE and Locale.UK constants in the test case.
Otherwise it looks good.
