Fix:

  For JDK-7102969:

- Changed the format of currency.data for easier loading into List data structure - Modified the currency replacement feature to handle some specific scenario of special case currencies

  For JDK-8157138:

- Modified Currency.getInstance(String currencycode) and Currency.getAvailableCurrencies() to return the special case currency entries
