Yea, I also need to change the locale name. Thank you for pointing it out.
Besides country name, there is also the change in currency name "Cape
Verde Escudo" -> "Cabo Verde Escudo". CurrencyNames.properties is
generated based on CLDR and the currency name in it is "Cape Verdean
escudo", same as what in latest CLDR. So I will leave
CurrencyNames.properties unchanged, and only modify LocaleNames.properties.
