The cleanup script has been removed, if you're upgrading from pre-3.0 or Ironhide, see http://wiki.bumblebee-project.org/Upgrading-on-Ubuntu. The whole "Using the installation script" and "Power management" sections are outdated. If possible, please refer to the http://bumblebee-project.org/install.html page.
