I'm waiting for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/931397 to be
fixed.
Bumblebee works with 3.0 (tested it on a Live USB running a daily Precise
image), but it
required modifying the AutoAddDevices setting (which possibly slows down
starting the X server)
or installing xorg-edgers/ppa. Meanwhile, there is no precise package in
bumblebee/stable,
but you can use bumblebee/testing (which contains packages copied from
Oneiric).
