If you set pci=noacpi, you may indeed encounter problems with bbswitch and power management.

Often the need to add pci=noacpi on kernel args is due to nouveau.

Could you try to blacklist it or replace pci=noacpi by nouveau.modeset=0 ?

Does pci=noacpi option affects this? If so then that's a problem, because I can't get ubuntu to boot without it.
Also, my dump seems to have incorrect info, i've got bios version a06.
